This internationally recognised architectural giant is seeking an organised, passionate and driven HR Administrator to join its stunning riverside studio in central London.

This studio is very well established and revered within the architectural world as the masters of their craft, specialising in creating breath taking high profile projects at the forefront of modern design across every industry sector.

This HR Administrator position can be either full time or part time and will be an initial 2-3 month contract with good potential for extension.

This is the perfect role for a junior HR professional or recent HR graduate interested in working within a large, international company whilst honing your skillset and gaining invaluable real world HR experience. This is also a good opportunity for a Studio/Office Assistant with strong administration skills looking to change career direction and enter the world of HR.

This exciting HR Administrator position will see you join a fantastic HR support team working closely with the European Regional Human Resources team.

As an overview, your responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Administration of full employee lifecycle and HR database management
  • Responding to employee queries on all areas of HR
  • Developing and maintaining HR management reports
  • Administering the companies benefit schemes and assisting in annual renewal process
  • Coordinating employee orientation
  • Processing and tracking sick leaves of absence
  • Maintaining an effective system of employee feedback on training delivered
  • Liaising with international HR colleagues

The ideal candidate for this position will display the following:

  • 1-2 years’ experience within an HR team/recently gained HR degree or masters
  • An eagerness to learn new skills and the ability to quickly learn systems processes and procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to build rapport with staff at all levels
  • Strong IT skills and confidence in handling/manipulating large volumes of sensitive data
