White Space have partnered with an modern residential designer, who utilise industry leading technology, to recruit a HSB CAD user. This studio have an extremely unique, design orientated, approach to their housing schemes including an industry leading manufacturing system. Led by a number of ex Rolls-Royce and Jaguar Land Rover system developers, they have a unique and forward thinking approach to their design and manufacturing technique. 

They design modern and contemporary homes, build using cutting-edge modular building processes. Built in-house, in their factory in Derby, they retain full control of the design and build process, through to completion. Their Derby factory uses autonomous robots to cut, assemble and fit-out their modular homes, ready for installation at site, unlike any other house designer in the UK. With a 48hr turnaround period they are able to start and finish the pods within an extremely quick turnaround period, again unlike any other house builder in the UK. 

As a HSB Cad user you will be working on transferring existing Revit drawings into workable templates for their bespoke machinery. Based in London, this role will involve occasional trips to their factory in Derby.
