A highly respected Architectural practice have a fantastic opening for a Marketing Assistant to join their team based in Worthing. This award winning practice pride themselves on offering a friendly working environment, and regular social events. This role requires an experienced Marketing Assistant with exceptional attention to detail, experience of InDesign and Photoshop elements would be a great advantage. The role will also entail PA responsibilities.
Main responsibilities
- Image and written content support for website (incl. news pieces + project pages) and social media
- Layout and design of marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies and CV’s
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Arranging photography of completed projects
- Preparing award submissions
- Tracking and assisting with fee proposals and tender submissions
- Planning and organising marketing events
- Preparation and distribution of newsletters and surveys with an email/survey broadcast software
- PA duties for the Managing Director (incl. diary management, arranging travel and accommodation)
- Supporting the Marketing Manager
