White Space is working with an award winning architectural practice, who excel in their specialist sectors including housing, private residential, offices and mixed-use developments, who are looking for an Office Assistant looking for a step up or an Office Manager to join their team. This person will be working closely with the Senior Director.
The role
- Ensure the smooth efficient running of all aspects of the office
- Office facilities management
- HR Administration
- PA support - diary management and travel arrangements
- Assisting with marketing duties, including bid preparation and PR

Skills required
- The successful candidate will come from a design practice
- Excellent IT skills – Microsoft, Photoshop and InDesign
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good time management
- Confident and tenacious
