White space are proud to be representing this multi award winning private developer. We are seeking an experienced Part 2 Assistant or recently Qualified Architect for super high end residential projects mostly based in the UK.
The Company:
- Multi award winning boutique private developer based in south west London
- Interesting high end residential projects mostly based in London, but the odd one internationally in places such as France and Mauritius
- 15 - 20 people strong
- Entrepreneurial, open and team based office culture
- Expanding their well established in-house architecture team
The Role:
- Part 2 Assistant or Recently Qualified Architect
- Reporting to the Lead Architect
- Working in a small team, assisting with the design and detailing of luxury projects
- You will also work as a package leader for several design elements of a single building
- Working on all RIBA Stages through to completion
The Person:
- Part 2 Assistant or Recently Qualified Architect
- Ideally with 2+ years UK experience
- Ideally with previous high end residential experience
- AutoCAD and/or Revit proficient
