Job description

Great opportunity for a part II assistant to work on exciting UK based projects that get built with an award winning studio in West London on a permanent basis.

White Space is working exclusively with a great company with a great track record of delivering projects. The practice focus on Housing, Retail and Commercial projects. They have secured some new Housing projects and is looking for a number of part II Architectural assistants to join its practice in a full time permanent basis to work across various riba stages. Which means if you are a part II looking for exposure and to gain experience across the riba stages this is perfect. All the projects are UK based and they use Microstation and Revit. The studio is around 30 strong and have great senior members that mentor and guide junior staff.

This person must be part II qualified with large scale project experience ideally within the UK housing sector and have a strong well put together portfolio demonstrating live work experience. Proficiency on Microstation and/or Revit is essential. There is a few projects as various stages so you will be given the chance to work on stages you feel you may be lacking in. There is also a few new projects, so if you are looking to do your part III in the near future this is a great practice to do it in. The studio has a low staff turnover and people enjoy working there as they are well looked after and are able to progress in their career. Due to the location candidates should ideally live West of London as it will be difficult to get to from East.
