Job description
We have just taken on an all encompassing Part II Assistant role that has genuine potential to lead to your Part III. Working for this sought after medium sized practice, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Part II to work on a range of exciting and innovative projects.

- known for simple, elegant design with an emphasis on sustainable architecture
- 50+ people strong
- good mix of of leisure, hospitality, retail and high end residential projects (refurb, fitout and new build)
The role:
- part II architectural assistant
- reporting to a project architect, you will be working on projects ranging in value from £1 - £5million
- you will be involved with most RIBA work stages but predominantly RIBA 1 - 4
- your main focus will be on concept design and technical drawings
- producing creative conceptual design drawings for both pitch documents and live projects (3D, 2D and hand-drawings) on a number of different project types
- producing drawings for planning applications & detailed tender packages for multiple and sometimes complex projects
The person:
- experienced part II architectural assistant
- ideally at least 1 - 2 years post qualification experience
- ideally a Vectorworks user, but this is not essential
- you will be an all-rounder with good design and technical experience
