Job description

White Space is working with one of London's leading commercial studios in London who is seeking either an Experienced Part II Assistant or a Newly Qualified Architect to join its team on a permanent position working on a Commercial/ Retail project in the UK that is about to go on site.

The studio in question is 100 strong and have a strong presence in the market delivering innovative creative design. Its projects are all different and have a real creative element for this they have won multiple awards for its work.The practice work across Housing, Commercial, Mixed-use and Retail projects and currently the project they are hiring for is for a Commercial/ Retail project which is on a site that is about to go live.

 

The ideal person will be either Part II Qualified or a Newly Qualified Architect who ideally is available immediately or within a months notice, this is a full time permanent position based full time in the office. The ideal person must have experience working with contractors and BIM level 2 project experience (REVIT) proficiency for modelling complex families. You must have the ability to create innovative design solutions based on an in-depth analysis of project requirements. You must also be able to prepare drawings and 3D modeling by AutoCAD and/or by hand for internal and external purposes. The role will include liaising with the project leader and outside agencies in order to complete the above. 

 

The successful candidate will need to be qualified to RIBA part II with stage 4 experience and have experience working on UK based commercial projects along with being fully proficient and competent on Revit with a good working knowledge of the UK planning standards.
