White Space is thrilled to be partnering a medium sized residential design studio in central London as they search for a Part II or Architectural Assistant (Revit) to join their team.
The Company
- 50-strong, established Architecture studio
- Specialists in new build, residential-led mixed-use schemes from 30 – 1000 units
- Based in a vibrant part of London, a stone’s throw from the River Thames
- Fully Revit firm
The Role
- Part II or Architectural Assistant
- Working in Revit on a mixed-use scheme (200 residential units with retail and community elements), the project is at stage 4, so tender pack production and construction drawings
- An immediate start, the initial contract is until Christmas – but with very good scope to lead to a longer term role into the New Year – we have placed people with this company previously in short term roles who have gone on to stay for in excess of 1 year
The Person
- Part II or Architectural Assistant
- Good knowledge of Revit, from professional projects
- Previous experience working on medium – large scale projects at stage 4
- Experience working on residential projects beneficial
- Able to start immediately as this is an urgent role
