Job description

This famed international practice is looking to bolster its support team with an enthusiastic and driven Administrator who has experience within the architecture and design industry. This well-established studio boasts office locations across Europe, Asia and North America and has built an impressive portfolio of innovative design projects celebrated by industry leading professionals around the world.

This role will be focused primarily on executive support within the office, helping to provide direct assistance to senior staff. As an overview, you will be responsible for a wide array of administrative duties. These will vary day to day, offering good variety in the role, but will cover:

  • Secretarial support to Directors (as the go to person in the office)
  • Management of records and internal databases
  • Coordination of client meetings
  • Producing presentations and BD collateral for meetings
  • Travel arrangements, visas and bookings
  • Coordination of company events and social calendar
  • General office administration and reception cover (when required)

The ideal candidate for this role will be organised with a keen eye for detail, whilst possessing strong problem-solving and time management skills in order to prioritise tasks effectively. It is essential that you are a confident self-starter with excellent communication skills who can communicate and engage at all levels.

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Oracle
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, people-orientated environment, juggling many priorities at once (within the built environment would be preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
