This successful and well established consultancy group are searching for an enthusiastic and ambitious administrative professional to join their specialist team. This esteemed company works across a diverse range of business sectors, providing expert building services consultation and engineering solutions for a number of high profile clients in the UK and across Europe.
This Project Administration role will be an initial 12 month contract but offers scope for development opportunities and permanent continuation. In this role you will tasked with managing the administration elements of some exciting large scale design projects within the built environment whilst working with a very close knit and sociable team in their Essex office location.
This position will see the successful candidate responsible for a number of key administrative functions both within the office and at all stages of project life cycles including:
- Coordinating and arranging site access
- Project administration
- Liaising with the accounts team to arrange billing
- Updating master spreadsheets with project progress
- Compiling reports and presentations
- Updating Planon with project progress
- Gaining work and purchasing orders
- Document control
The ideal candidate will be an individual that displays strong drive and a “can-do” attitude with excellent IT and organisational skills. Previous project administration experience will be a bonus.
