White Space is working with this quality driven south London based studio to find the perfect candidates for two roles: one Project Architect and one Part II / Technician for a minimum of 6 months contract.

Priding themselves on unlocking the full potential of sites through thoughtful and detailed design, this studio works with complex inner-city sites, exceeding clients’ expectations and delivering exciting projects adding value to both the building and surrounding area. These roles have become available due to the studio undertaking stage 4 of a new 200+ unit residential project at around the value of £25m and so require additional support to facilitate this project.

The first role is for a Senior Project Architect to run this new project, you must have a track record in delivering large residential schemes, experience with cladding, require no external support to do your role and have some knowledge of Revit.

The second role would be for a Part II or Technician to support with drawings and so Revit is a required skill for this position. Previous experience on residential projects would be looked upon favorably.  

Both roles are hybrid with 2 days in the office and three remote, this system was in place prior to Covid and so will remain after. You will begin on a 6-month contract, but this has the potential to convert to a permanent position. The ideal candidate would be able to start ASAP as this role needs to be filled urgently.
