White Space has been assigned by this Surrey (Guildford) based practice to find an Architect on a full time permanent basis.

This boutique Surrey practice is seeking an Architect to work on a number of small to medium scale residential projects ranging from new build to contemporary houses. Based in the Surrey Hills near Guildford with lovely scenery, this team is 5 strong and has a number of contemporary houses at initial design stage along with a number housing projects on site. We have known this practice for a number of years where we have seen them go from strength to strength.

The project is a one off contemporary housing project which is at early stages, this project will be assigned to one Architect to manage and deliver. We are looking for an Architect who has experience leading their own small project from concept to completion and has liaised directly with clients to understand what they want. This will include producing initial design and planning drawings, so strong knowledge of UK building regulations is required. Experience with ArchiCAD would be preferred but by no means essential as training can be provided.
