White Space is working with an award winning Architectural studio in London and is looking to appoint a solid project architect to its team. 

The practice in question has a very good reputation in the industry and have won awards for its projects and work. The practice has a very good track record and really look after its staff with staff turnover being very minimal as people who go there generally do really well and flourish. The studio work on a range of projects from Housing, Mixed-use, Commercial and Retail. This role is specifically to work on a major project in Germany which consists of 140 unit housing and mixed-use as well as a major refurbishment of a large workplace and retail development in central London. The practice work on project from initial concept design all the way through to completion and is a fully Revit practice. The studio is split into projects teams but ultimately the goal of the company is to complete projects at a high standard which means teams regularly help other teams out to ensure this is done, this also means everyone gets the chance to work on different projects. The studio ethic is they want forward thinking creative individuals who wont shy away and who can bring ideas to the table. 

The role is for an experienced project architect who is a creative and forward thinking person with experience working in the relevant sector. This is perfect for someone who feels like the work they are doing is repetitive and wants to work on projects that have a bit of an edge. You must be able to manage and work on multiple projects at the same time. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is a must.. Strong design and technical ability is required, along with the ability to details and independently produce architectural packages. You must have a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills. This role is for an immediate starter or someone available on one months notice.
