Award winning West End London studio is on the search for a Project / Job running Architect to join its team of 20 on a permanent basis. 

The practice was founded in 2012 and have had a great start to 2020, successfully securing large Housing and Education projects, due to this fact is looking to bring on an experienced project/ job running architect to assist and manage these projects. The studio is circa 20 in numbers and has a busy year ahead. The practice work on projects exceeding £500 million in the UK taking on briefs from concept and delivering projects to completion. As its a fairly small team it has a great family feel and everyone works well together to ensure projects are delivered efficiently. 

The role is for a Project Architect/ Job runner with experience working on both large scale Education and Housing projects in the UK with client facing/ meeting experience. This role would be ideal for a qualified ARB/RIBA Architect with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. Good communication skills required both speaking and written as this will also entail regular contact with clients  along with regular client visits/ meetings and building on client relationships. The studio is fully Revit so it is vital that this person is Revit proficient and must have used it for at least 3 years in practice on live projects. The Architect must have experience in working across all stages of a project. This role offers career progression and ownership on projects.
