Always a pleasure working with this studio based in the heart of Farringdon. They have been flourishing in work throughout the pandemic and now need a Project Lead to come in and join the team. We have watched them grow from 9 to 20 in the last 3 years. They have continued to grow at a steady pace making sure they bring in the right people at the right time. 

The London team work closely with their other offices across the UK, assisting on projects when extra resources are needed. They work as if they are one big office and are currently about 120+ staff . If you are looking to progress in your career then this is the perfect practice for you. A prime example of this, I placed a Technologist here 3 year's ago who is now an Associate Director in the London office, managing his own team and overseeing the recruitment of the office. 

About the comapny/ team:

Pre covid they play 5aside football 

First Friday of every month they have a company wide meeting to discuss financials/targets/projects 

Early Friday finish to go to the pub for a beer (lots of places to go Farringdon) 

Flexible work hours 

They allow you to work from home or from a cafe/location of your choice (you don’t have to sit at home)

Dog friendly office 

Information on the role: 

You must have experience leading a project from stage 4 onward 

Ability to manage a small team of 3 persons 

Knowledge of BIM/clash detections 

Living in the UK with local project experience 

Your portfolio much include either residential or commercial projects to a medium/large scale 

Confident attending site, client facing
