Job description
White Space is delighted to be working with an established London studio as they look to add a Project Lead and five Architects / Technicians / Interior Architects to their team. These are contract roles for a minimum of 6 months, but very likely to go on for a lot longer as this firm are very busy. These are all Revit based roles for the delivery of a London hotel scheme’s interiors.

- 40 strong and based in Central London

- A client we have worked with for years – they are a very stable company and have a lovely work environment
- Revit based studio
The Roles / Project
- 1x Team Lead and 5x Architects, Technicians or Interior Architects
- The project is the complete remodelling of the interiors of a notable Central London building, converting it into a luxury hotel
- Working on stages 4 and 5 – all interior design intent, interior technical design and interior construction package work using Revit
- The contracts are initially for 6 months, but very likely to lead on to a years’ work or more
The People
- Must have experience delivering refurbishments or interior technical design and construction packages on decent sized projects
- Must be very technically minded with demonstrable experience of interior detailing and documentation
- Revit fluent
- Available to start within one month as these are urgent roles
