Project Lead for Leading Multi-Disciplinary Practice

Due to a rapidly expanding portfolio of innovative projects, this established practice is looking for an experienced Project Lead to join their trendy central London studio. This role represents a terrific opportunity for an ambitious Project Leader to join a dynamic and enthusiastic team within a company that strives to provide a friendly and supportive work environment.

At present this role would see you running projects primarily within the residential and commercial sector. As such, the ideal candidate is someone who has experience in leading projects within these realms that exhibits strong design and technical ability.

As Project Lead, you will be a crucial figure within the team. Therefore, it is essential you demonstrate the following:

• A proven track record of running medium sized projects with a small team below you
• Confidence in liaising effectively with clients and consultants
• Experience of BIM in a 3D environment
• Good knowledge of clash detection
• Medium to large-scale residential and/or commercial fit out experience
• Proficiency in running projects from RIBA stage 3 onwards
