Job Description

This established 20 or so design led practice based in London’s architectural heartland is continuing to grow their talented team of Architects and Part II Assistants. Formed over 15 years ago they have steadily built their reputation from purely working in the London private residential sector to now competing with some of the more household architectural names on larger more varied commercial projects. They have even gained quite a bit of notoriety recently by appearing on television and within various architectural publications. This practice is definitely going places without thankfully, losing their identity!

Due to a key individual moving on they are now looking to find a talented qualified Architect with a proven track record working throughout all the RIBA stages. This individual will become a key member of the office going forward and will be required to act as a bit of a mentor to the more junior members of the office. The role will require this individual to manage their own projects but also have an input on other projects within the studio. If you have a real passion for being an all rounder then this is definitely for you!

Having recently introduced BIM into the office an individual with previous Revit exposure would be a massive bonus!

The key attributes required for this role are as follows:-

  • Min. 3 years PQE
  • ARB & RIBA registered
  • AutoCAD and/or Revit literacy
  • Excellent design sensibility
  • Proven job running/contract administration track record
  • Previous experience managing traditional forms of contract
  • Exposure to a mix of high quality projects
  • Ability to oversee and manage projects within the £500k to £15m in value
  • Maturity
  • Commitment & passion
  • Enjoys mentoring and getting involved with practice wide activities

Progression to Associateship will be on offer for the right person!

If you’re feeling undervalued currently and looking for a role that will push you then please apply now!

In return you will receive a competitive salary, exposure to a range of high quality projects and also be key part of a hugely talented design practice that already boasts a fabulous reputation!
