White Space is urgently seeking a remote based Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect (AutoCAD) to work on a contemporary commercial project in Central London.
The Company
- Medium sized architectural and interiors studio based near Tower Bridge
- Specialise in commercial and hospitality projects, working from inception to completion
- AutoCAD based practice
The Project / Role
- Remote based with occasional visit to the site in Central London
- Commercial project in Central London at stages 4+5
- Working specifically on the facade - roof, building envelope and balconies / roof terrace
- Using AutoCAD to produce working drawings and construction details
- 3 - 5 month contract with scope to go on longer
The Person
- Architectural Technician or Technical Architect
- Experience detailing roof, facade and balcony / terraces on contemporary buildings
- Excellent AutoCAD
- Good construction knowledge on contemporary buildings
- Available to start on short notice as this is an urgent role
