White Space has been commissioned by this growing Hampshire based acoustic & architectural consultancy to find them a Revit literate Architectural Technologist to join their team on a permanent basis. Their workload is going through the roof and therefore looking to grow the team ASAP! Going forward they are totally flexible with regards to working remotely with the occasional visit to the studio and regular site visits so flexibility is key.
Small expanding Hampshire based practice is urgently seeking a highly Revit literate Architectural Technologist to join their growing architectural team to work on a number of really unusual and exciting schemes for a mix of major media & production companies, musicians & high net worth individuals. Sector-wise they primarily work on world class TV/music/recording studios for some household name clients - both famous musicians and extremely significant film and television companies. Also, due to the nature of their clients, they also take on other non-music studio related projects for them such as offices & private residential schemes. We have known the Principal of this practice for over 10 years and he's a great guy who is highly regarded within his specialist sector, hence the extensive list of impressive clients he has on his books!
The Projects + Role:
The workload consists of an eclectic mix of projects including a substantial warehouse conversion that is being re-designed as an office space with reception and communal areas, a new facility in London for a New York based post production film company, various recording studios for DJ’s, bands & musicians, and new studios in London, Madrid and Mumbai for a global media & production company. These projects will be fast-paced, so we are looking for a Revit literate individual who can assist in producing the drawing packages to a high-quality level. This is a super-urgent role so if you are available at short notice this will be a massive plus! Revit literacy is essential!
We are seeking an experienced & talented individual from an architectural background who can demonstrate a high level of Revit literacy, work well within a tight-knit team environment and available at short notice for this quite unique opportunity. You will be strong technically and possess previous technical experience within either architecture or interiors based projects and be comfortable managing your own workload to tight deadlines. You must also be able to drive due to the fairly rural location of the studio – free parking is on offer though! There will also be regular site visits. You will playing a key support role to the Project Architect so the ability to work well independently & as part of a small team is paramount.
