Due to a significant increase in workload this south London based AJ100 established practice is urgently seeking a suitably qualified Project Architect to join their talented ranks of Architects, Architectural Assistants & Technologists. With a number of awards under their belt and a great track record within the UK residential sector they continue to win new commissions! Their specialism is within the UK residential sector and they are also totally BIM based.

This practice is now on the hunt to recruit a Revit literate ARB/RIBA registered Project Architect to join their post-planning delivery team to work on a large-scale central London based residential scheme. The development has recently gained planning permission and the client is keen to push forward with the programme ASAP. You will be joining an established team under the guidance of an Associate but you will be given a lot of autonomy & responsibility.

To be considered for this role you must possess the following:-

• Min. 5 years post Part 3 experience
• Possess proven design skills & technical knowledge
• Be totally Revit literate
• Confident
• Effective communicator
• Flexible & committed at all times
• Extensive track record within the UK residential sector - preferably at the post-planning stages
