White Space is working with a client based in Nottingham to recruit for a Senior or associate level Architect on a fixed-term contract for initially 6 months immediately. 

The studio is a close knit team in Nottingham and they have secured a large 1000 unit Residential scheme in the UK which and is at concept stage and is looking to take it through to planning. They are looking for someone initially on a 6 month fixed term contract who has experience leading and running large scale residential projects in the UK. This position would suit a Senior Architect or an associate who is available immediately with relevant experience. Proficiency on Revit would be ideal but not essential. Strong knowledge on the UK building regulations is a must. 

This is a really good opportunity for someone who is looking to relocate to Nottingham or based in Nottingham. The role will entail travel to London from time to time and on site so you have to be fully comfortable and open to this. Although this is a 6 months fixed term contract the future is looking very positive for this practice with new projects on the horizon there is a strong possibility that a permanent position will be offered to this person.
