Job description

A senior role has become available in a well-known studio who are based in the heart of Shoreditch. The studios portfolio includes Offices, Mixed-Use, Residential and Retail. 

Having moved into beautiful new offices last year, we are now looking to expand their team with technically minded individuals. This studio are well known for being a diverse office with a huge mix of nationalities, and personalities. 

Nothing about their projects is simple, you will be working across large complex designs and will be challenged daily. They have reached over 100 staff and make it their mission to ensure all employees are well looked after with their long list of benefits. Therefore, I'm proud to say they have a very high retention rate across the office. 

Candidate Required: 

Senior Architect / Senior Technician 

Revit proficient (5 year's + )

Post planning experience (technically minded) 

8-10 years’ experience working on large scale UK projects 

Confident working independently and delivering a large package of the project. 

Studio:

Large office with over 100 staff 

Based in Shoreditch, Central London (lots of food stalls to grab lunch) 

Landmark schemes 

BIM Level 2 projects, entire office using Revit 

After work activities such as 5 aside, yoga (pre covid)
