Medium sized Architecture firm seeks a Senior Architectural Technician to join their busy team on a long-term contract or temp to permanent basis.

This 30-strong practice are Essex based and work predominantly on good quality, developer-led residential schemes from planning through to construction, though they also possess mixed-use and commercial projects in their well-established portfolio. They are very busy and, as a result, are looking to bring in a Senior Architectural Technician to join the practice. They are a sociable and friendly office who foster a relaxed, but productive, working environment in their close-knit team.

The role will be varied and challenging for the successful Senior Technician, they will be hands on with production information, technical drawing and construction detailing, whilst there will also be aspects of project management - overseeing team members drawings and deliverables. This position will be using AutoCAD and working on medium - large residential developments from stages 3-5 inclusive.

To be considered for this Senior Architectural Technician role, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and be knowledgeable enough to oversee junior team members drawings, be able to demonstrate strong detailing ability and be proficient in AutoCAD. This is an urgent role, so you must also be available to start on short notice.
