White space is looking for a Senior technologist to join a well renowned Hertfordshire based practice due to winning new projects. 

This practice will be ending 2019 on a high this year after securing a few new projects. The studio is well established and have been around for many years and work on a mix of sectors including Housing and Commercial projects in the UK. 

The role is for a solid senior technologist with a wealth of experience in the UK working on ideally housing and commercial projects, ideally with circa 10 years experience. Strong technical skills is required and good knowledge on the UK building regulations. The studio use AutoCAD and Revit so ideally experience using one or both software would be ideal. This role would suit someone who lives in Hertfordshire and perhaps wants to work local or someone looking to relocate to Hertfordshire.

The practice has a great social atmosphere and 22 days holiday is given, bank holidays is on top of the 22 days allowance and the period between Christmas and New year is gifted by the directors, there is also a day a year where the office in closed during the summer period and the directors take the team for an all expense paid for trip to a really nice restaurant.
