Job description

Senior Technical Designer opening in one London's well recognised Architecture & Interior Design studios. This practice have offices in China, Europe, North America, India and Australia. They are busier than ever, and believe it when we say, this is a really exciting time to be joining them! It is a young vibrant office with approx 85 employees who regularly socialise and participate in design events outside of the studio.  

This is very much a hands on role, and you must be capable of undertaking full technical design, delivery & coordination duties within the context of the RIBA workstages 2 - 5. You must understand the technical design outputs required at each RIBA workstage and support the designers in meeting those requirements. You will also be working with the BIM manager to ensure that the project is fully detailed & coordinated within REVIT. The management team in London are developing a more focussed mentoring programme as part of the return to office process and will happily support individual/specific training needs.

On offer is a salary of circa £60,000 for the right individual with switched on attitude!
