White Space is excited to be partnering with a medium sized commercial studio as they seek an experienced Site Architect to join their team, ensuring the smooth construction of a large mixed-use scheme.

The company

• 70-strong and based in West London
• Specialists in UK retail, leisure and mixed-use scheme
• Work from concept through to construction on projects work between £10 - £200m

The Project

• £125m retail / leisure mixed-use scheme in North West London - mix of refurb and new build
• Currently on-site and due for completion by November 2018

The Role

• Site Architect
• Helping to ensure smooth delivery of the scheme and acting as a clerk of works
• Ongoing contract role, until completion, with good scope to lead to something longer term
