White Space is urgently looking for a Specification Writer to join one of our closest clients – a 50-strong firm in Central London.  Initially a contract until the end of August, but very likely to be until the end of the year at least.

• Specialise in multi-unit residential and mixed-use schemes
• AJ100 and growing

The Role / Project

• Specification Writer
• The project is a large new build residential development, currently on-site in London
• Contract initially until the end of August, but very likely to run until the end of the year at least

The Person

• Experienced Specification Writer
• Ideally would possess experience working on medium or large residential projects, but not a deal breaker if they didn’t have that experience
• Available to start on short notice as this is an urgent role
