An up and coming practice is searching for an experienced Studio Manager to join its vibrant team within its sleek and stylish west London studio. Soon to celebrate 10 years since they opened their doors, this studio has produced a multitude of stunning luxury houses and pride themselves on producing beautifully finished designs with artistic creativity at their core.
This practice is comprised of a small, tight-knit team and boasts office locations in London, across the channel in France and further afield in Australia. This is a great opportunity for a Studio Manager with a creative streak and a passion for architecture and design to join a dynamic and supportive team as they build towards the future.
The successful candidate will be an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills that is able to multitask in order to ensure the smooth running of the practice. This role is essential to the day-to-day operation of the company and will combine the core operational functions of the business with PA support to the directors.
As a vital member of the team with a number of key responsibilities, it is essential you can demonstrate:
- At least 2 years’ PA or Office Management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A track record of leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams
- The ability to create and clearly communicate attainable project objectives and requirements
