This up and coming award-winning architectural practice is looking for a dynamic Studio Manager for their funky studio in Islington. Their tight knit team work on carefully crafted projects that are beautifully rich in detail. This is a client focused practice who always strive to ensure that their clients are happy and projects run smoothly at all times.
The ideal person will be highly organised and will have a can-do attitude. You will also have a proven ability in ensuring the smooth running of a busy studio environment as this role will be an integral part of the business going forward. Ideally you will have previous experience in working for a design led office and have a good understanding of the process involved in producing stunning homes for private clients. You will have great numerical skills and possess effective communication skills. Excellent IT skills are also a must.
Some of the duties and responsibilities will include;
- PR & Marketing
- PA Duties
- HR and Staff administration
- Financial Administration
- Dealing with new project queries
- Preparation of fee proposals and explain the scope of the architect’s services to clients
Required Skills
- Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Understand the architectural process
- Good graphic skills
- Good with social media and general IT
