Technical Architect required for established and iconic urban practice in Central London.

This iconic practice is looking for a talented Technical Architect to join their Development Consultancy team and support their bright and supportive Central London office in the residential sector.  The studio has over 100+ staff across the practice covering a wide variety of sectors such as commercial, retail, hospitality, education and many more. They also have a strong emphasis on technology, what it can bring to the architectural word and how it can enrich the built environment and society.

This role would involve supporting the development consultancy team as a Technical Architect working on existing residential buildings to investigate current construction conditions and developing and implementing refurbishment and remediation solutions. The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate experience of refurbishing existing buildings, a sound knowledge of construction detailing. snagging and good experience in leading teams and supporting their efforts.

To be considered for this position you must demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

• Working knowledge of residential Building Regulations including refurbishment and remediation solutions

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit

• Part II architecture degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years’ experience in an architectural practice

• Consistent experience in report writing and communication
