One of London's premier housing designers is looking for a Technical Architect, or Architectural Technologist, to join their lively studio in Central London to work on a UK housing scheme. Initially on a contract basis for 3-months, this has fantastic scope to lead to a longer-term role for the right candidate.

The practice is over 100-strong and based in a spacious, modern studio in central London, they are UK housing specialists and arguably the best at what they do. Their schemes are generally medium or large, working from concept right through to construction using Revit and AutoCAD. The office is a social one, with lots of team events, and they have an unusually high level of staff retention - which speaks volumes about the culture.

This role is for a Technical Architect, or Architectural Technologist, to join a team working on the technical design and construction package of a UK housing scheme - producing working drawing packages, construction details and production information in Revit. Initially, the contract is for 3-months, but there is a strong chance of leading to a longer-term role (either permanent or longer contract) as they are very busy and have a track record of contractors staying beyond the initial period.

To be considered for this job you must be fluent in Revit and have professional experience using the software, have residential project experience from stage 4-5, a strong technical aptitude and be available to start within a week of being offered as this is an urgent role.
