White Space is working exclusively with a long standing client who is looking to add a technical part II or newly qualified architect to its team on a permanent basis. 

This is a medium practice of 25 based in trendy offices in West London, this is a UK practice and they work on UK based projects withing the retail and mixed-use sector. This is a mix of shopping centers, housing and leisure projects all projects is new build and 80% of their work gets built which is perfect for part II's looking to work on project through to completion. They revamp and modernise old buildings and add new buildings as well as work on master planning. This is a Revit studio and they have been using it pretty much from the start. The team rarely work long hours which means there is a good work life balance. 

The practice is on the look out for a technical part II or newly qualified architect due to increased workload of existing projects and a good pipeline of work for 2020. Strong technical skills required ideally experience working on retail and mixed-use projects but large scale housing would also be considered. As mentioned above the studio is fully Revit which means this person has to be fully competent on Revit and be able to use it without training. This is an urgent role and looking for someone to start ideally immediately or within a months notice.
