Job description

Whitespace have joined up with a small South London based design studio who work across a variety of sectors such as commercial, residential and hospitality. They are based in a beautifully designed studio near Vauxhall with around 15 staff both working from home and in the office. 

Their workload is primarily commercial led, therefore we are only considering application with those who have UK commercial project experience shown in their portfolio. Vectorworks is the main software used across the practice so you must have at least 1 years’ experience / basic knowledge. They are currently working both in and out of the office, so some remote working will be on offer! You will be working with two really sound directors who are both very flexible with their employees. In return you will get given a lot of responsibility to job run, with a clear pathway for your career progression.

Your main role will be to run a commercial scheme which is already on site, so you will be dealing with the main contractors and client on a daily basis. You must be confident and able to show your previous experience in a similar role. You will be working closely with the Director on this project, so you will have some guidance and support.. Site experience is a must have!
