Are you a talented Architectural Technician or Technologist looking for a new opportunity?
This long standing client with Whitespace are a leading chartered practice in the Residential, Hotel and Hospitality sector with three offices across the UK and have been in business for nearly 40 years. Projects are partner-led, with the leadership team directly involved from RIBA stages 1-6. This ensures high quality design, commercial understanding and expertise. With over 45 talented staff comprising Architects, technicians and interior designers, their practice is innovative, collaborative and rigorous. They have a loyal strong reputation and a loyal client base which includes some of the UK’s most recognised brands.
With over 55 staff comprising architects, interior designers and architectural technicians with a varied mix of experience ranging from hotels, residential, commercial, and leisure. they pride themselves on high quality design, underpinned with rigour and commercial reality. Salary will be inline with RIBA Salary Guide, plus bonuses, pension and overtime.
They are looking for talented and ambitious designers with strong presentation skills and a diligent work ethic to work on a range of projects with a hospitality focus, across the UK on all RIBA stages.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
A strong Portfolio
Excellent presentation skills with a keen eye for visual quality;
Enthusiasm to develop and gain knowledge of construction methods and technical detailing;
Ability to communicate with clients, consultants and contractors;
Collaborative and work well within a team and independently
Proficiency in the use of Vectorworks, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign;
