This market leading globally renowned transportation architecture practice is urgently seeking additional experienced Architectural Assistants, Architects, Senior Architects and Senior Interior Designers to support an extensive portfolio of new and exciting medium-large scale education, rail and aviation projects.
With over 160 employees, this top international practice offers a collaborative relaxed environment with exposure to large diverse teams where management are fully involved on all projects, there is no hierarchy, everyone has a voice and they follow structured daily stand-ups with project timescales ranging several weeks to months, depending on project complexity.
White Space are urgently seeking experienced Architectural Assistants, Architects and Senior Architects with good Revit proficiency and proven experience of working on medium to large scale projects.
Sample Projects:
To lead a small architecture team for the Concept Design of a new airport terminal in the Middle East. The leader would work with a functional planner and capacity specialist to derive the design and lead weekly presentations to the client stakeholder group throughout a 8 to 14 week process. The leader would work as an integral part of the team in both Revit and Enscape to produce weekly WIP outputs for client review, before managing the final outputs, report and externally produced high-quality CGIs for the final submission. This would potentially lead to a key role in the Detailed Design (if successful) and/or transition onto other projects. This project calls for applicants who are very proficient in producing targeted and attractive concepts and presentation materials, as well as speaking to high-profile client executives on a regular or semi-regular basis.
The detailed design and tender design for a 'world-first' electric taxi aviation facility in the centre of a major world city. This position would be leading a small team working up the vertiport interior experience and system design/specifications, alongside other team members planning the facility and designing the envelope and would suit a Senior Architect or Senior Interior Designer.
The successful Architectural Assistants, Architects and Senior Architects will be required to support new education, governmental and aviation projects that require assistance in concept design, detailed design and site stages.
2 x Architectural Assistants (aviation teams)
8 x Architects (6 on aviation teams, 2 on government project/education team)
6 x Senior Architect (1 on education team/government project, 5 on aviation teams)
White Space are also still looking for an Architect with skills in Revit & Enscape, and with experience of working on interiors packages.
Please note that these positions are urgent and therefore we can only consider Architectural Assistants, Architects and Senior Architects who are either immediately available or have a notice period of up to 2 weeks.
This client is offering 6 Month Fixed Term PAYE Contracts and/or Hourly rate PAYE contract models + Permanent.
Typically, this client offers hybrid working, 3 days in their SE1 office and 2 days from home, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
