​White Space Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively for a niche client who specialise in the complete design and delivery of immersive and experiential permanent exhibition spaces, and who urgently require a BIM Manager to support several Middle Eastern projects on a freelance basis, working remotely from within the UK, 2-3 days per week.

These architectural and design projects often incorporate huge amounts of technology and augmented reality that is typically found within modern museums, giant shopping centres and many other public spaces. Think Harry Potter World, or the Imperial War Museum, The Science Museum etc. - Lots of technology driven immersive and interactive experiences involving structures, sets, props, and a whole lot more.

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with several years proven experience of working on medium to large Architectural schemes to act as the 'Guardian of the Revit Model'.

The successful BIM Manager will be expected to perform the usual duties of a BIM Manager and this will include responding to RFI’s from a wide range of design teams, M&E, MEP, Retail, Landscape, Interiors, Structures etc.to ensure quality, control and conformance.

BIM Managers applying must have their own kit and be available immediately, or at very short notice, to be considered for this position.

The initial contract will be for 6 Months with potential extensions and will involve working fully remotely from within the UK, 2-3 days per week.

We can pay circa £300 Per Day LTD, or a bit lower if a PAYE rate is required.
