White Space is currently working with one of the UK’s leading multidisciplinary consultancies that works across multiple industries , both within the public and private sectors. They are urgently seeking 2 passionate BIM experts to support the UK architectural team of 100+ professionals on a variety of building projects and programmes ranging from £5m - £100m+.
The great thing about these guys is that they have multiple offices in various locations around the UK and also offer a flexible hybrid working policy. Office locations include:-
East Midlands
London
South West
North West
East Anglia
You will also get the opportunity to travel to various office locations from time to time to meet the team.
The main focus for this role is to provide specialist support to the UK Architecture Division to assist them in the use of their full digital software tools (Revit mainly) on all live projects. To ensure and support the various design teams in the delivery of high quality outputs on all their projects.
Key qualifications and skills required:-
Relevant industry qualification
Min 2 years professional experience
Ideally hold a full UK driving licence
Experience creating architectural content as well as supporting documents for varying project requirements
Dynamo knowledge would be highly beneficial
Exposure to workflows with Revit is also highly beneficial
Knowledge and understanding of COBie and IFC
Experience working in a multi-team environment on projects would also be a bonus
Ability to work collaboratively with all team members
Self motivated, friendly, efficient and a good multi-tasker
Strong communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and occasional interface with the client
