Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect for medium sized UK practice who extremely busy with residential work, and other sectors!

This role will see you joining a driven and successful team to work on a range of large scale residential and hotel work. Software training will be given from day one!

The ideal candidate for this position will be an individual who has excellent communication skills, a team player attitude and the ability to liaise with other construction professionals to create technical solutions and resolve queries. In addition, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

·        A minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience

·        Detailed working knowledge of UK building regulations, British and Industry standards

·        Technical proficiency, with experience of developing detailed design through to construction information

·        Experience of working on large scale residential projects
