This architectural and interiors practice offering a bespoke design and project management service to high-net-worth residential clients, is urgently seeking 2x Mid-Senior Technicians, Interior Architects or similar with strong AutoCAD skills for a 12–24-month contract PAYE only.
The successful Mid-Senior Technicians, Interior Architects or similar will be working on a large listed high-end residential building project in central London, RIBA stages 4 & 5, interior fit-out packages (bespoke joinery, stone, metalwork, bathrooms, and a lot more) for a project already onsite. The expectation would be to work onsite 3-5 days/week in a dedicated converted coach house style studio and the rest from home 35-40 hours per week 9-5 with flex. This will be working closely with a small project team incorporating a specialist Heritage Architect, Interior Designer, Main Contractor, D&B Contractors and more. These positions require coordinating with makers, manufacturers, contractors, and specialist trades whilst working at pace in delivering technical drawings and details, responding to iterative design development (shop floor, fabrication level).
Experienced Mid-Senior Technicians, Interior Architects or similar applying must have strong AutoCAD skills, have some site experience, and proven experience of working on high-end bespoke interiors packages including bespoke joinery, stone, metalwork, bathrooms, and a lot more. Ideally for residential projects, but this client may consider close matching sectors such as high-end hotels and hospitality etc.

PAYE payment models only, 35-40 hours per week with flexi start and finish times, full time site or hybrid site/home working.
