Embark on a dynamic career journey with a renowned property & construction consultancy practice, located in Shoreditch. As a Graduate Architectural Technician or Technologist, you will play an integral role within a team, working closely with the Directors and Associate Director, as well as collaborating with Senior Surveyors on a variety of projects.

In this full-time position, you will gain invaluable experience and hands-on exposure to a wide range of tasks. You will undertake measured surveys and produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD, preparing and submitting planning applications complete with supporting documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating Building Regulation drawings and construction drawings, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.

Your duties will extend beyond the drafting table. You will engage in general professional work, liaising with colleagues from various disciplines within the office, and conduct site visits to inspect construction details and materials used. Your keen eye and attention to detail will be essential in supporting the successful delivery of projects.

To qualify for this role, you must be able to prove the following:

·        Recent qualification as an Architectural Technician or Technologist.

·        Ability to work within a team and use own initiative to complete tasks.

·        Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

·        Must have the right to work in the UK.
