​This award winning global architectural and interiors practice offering a bespoke design service to a range of high-end sectors including hospitality, residential and commercial, is urgently seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or Architect with good UK building regs knowledge and ArchiCAD skills for a 6-month contract LTD or PAYE.

The successful Part II Architectural Assistant or Architect will be working on a high-end residential penthouse project in London, RIBA stages 4 & 5, interior fit-out packages for a project already onsite. The expectation would be to work onsite 1-2 days/week performing site inspections, handling drawing revisions/changes and engaging with sub-contractors in central London, and the rest of the time spent in the West London studio.

Experienced Part II Architectural Assistants or Architects applying must have good ‘hands-on’ ArchiCAD skills and proven experience of working on technical construction drawing/detailing stages, coupled with site experience. Although there is a preference to having previous residential experience or high-end interiors knowledge, this client is open minded to consider applicants from other market sectors with similar relevant experience.

Please note that this client will only accept applications from experienced Part II Architectural Assistants or Architects with UK experience who are immediately available or can start within 3-4 weeks at most.

LTD or PAYE payment models available, 37.5 hours per week with flexi start and finish times, site and studio based only with no home working.
