Looking to speak with Project Leads to join a Dubai based architectural firm working across world class projects! As the lead architect, you will play a crucial role in independently overseeing a portfolio of projects, maintaining project standards, and supporting the overall performance of the practice. From handling client inquiries and proposals to managing the tender stage, your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. With your active involvement in the management structure, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the team.
Salary: 33,000 - 44,000 AED pcm
Your role will involve providing detailed appraisals and drafting design briefs, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients and sub-consultants. You will oversee concept and schematic design, ensuring compliance with local authorities and tracking project approvals. Additionally, you will play a key role in the detailed design stage, from securing building permits to writing specifications and overseeing the tender process.
