This multifaceted consultancy group is searching for a specialist Senior Architect with excellent technical ability to join their decorated Oxford office. This organisation provides a full range of design and consultancy services, across a wealth of specialisms, and is dedicated to the continual improvement of built environments and the communities they serve.

With a team of over 100 dedicated and accomplished individuals spread across numerous office locations within southern England – this is the perfect opportunity to join a well-established company and demonstrate your ability to provide innovative and aesthetically pleasing solutions to unique and complex projects.

This is an essential, all-encompassing role that will see you responsible for a number of vital functions including: architectural design, coordination of Design Teams, contract administration and key commercial and business development activities. As such, the ideal candidate must be both experienced in the field of architecture and possess a commercially orientated approach in order to effectively maintain excellent client relationships and spearhead projects of notable scale.

You must be an extremely effective communicator that is able to lead multiple teams, manage clients and use your influence to motivate others in order to drive continuous improvement in technical quality of projects.

Due to the importance of this position, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate the following:

• A minimum of 7 years’ post qualification experience
• Expert working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
• In depth knowledge of BIM Level 2 requirements
• The ability to negotiate and manage all aspects of architectural and construction contracts
• ARB Certification
