Job description
This AJ100 architectural practice based in EC1 specialise in designing and delivering large scale developer-led residential mixed-use schemes, and urgently require the skills of an experienced Technical Package Architect or Senior Technician with strong AutoCAD skills on a contract basis.
Employing around 10-15 people, this design practice offers a relaxed environment where experienced Package Architects and Senior Technicians can simply plug-in and focus on the job in hand, whilst seeing projects through the complete design and build lifecycle.
Due to an increased pipeline of projects, White Space are looking for an experienced Technical Package Architect or Senior Technician with strong technical competency to work on the package construction delivery stages of a large scale mixed-use residential scheme in London.
Technical Package Architects or Senior Technicians applying must have proven experience of working on medium to large sized schemes producing construction stage drawings in AutoCAD.
Please note that this position is urgent, but the client will consider Technical Package Architects or Senior Technicians who are either immediately available or have a notice period of up to 2 weeks.
Hybrid working 3 days onsite, 2 days from home
