Job description
We are working with an award-winning Architecture and Design practice who are based in the City of London. They cover a wide range of projects, with their focus being on the hospitality and aviation sectors. They are now looking for a Quality Coordinator/Manager to join their team, which is a new role within the business. They need someone to help manage and improve their internal systems to ensure they deliver high-quality work, stay safe, protect the environment, and use data responsibly. The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked within the industry before doing a similar role, with strong experience in the requirements of ISO 9001.
The Role
• Keep all system documents up to date and organised. `
• Support teams across the company with system requirements
• Run internal checks (audits) to make sure we follow the standards
• Help manage external audits
• Track legal requirements using an online tool
• Report and solve issues when things go wrong
• Attend team meetings and help improve how we work
• Learn any new skills needed for the role
The Candidate
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Experience with ISO 9001 is essential; knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus
• Comfortable working with different teams and senior staff
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience using document management systems is helpful
