Are you an experienced Residential Architect looking for a new role in Brighton / Sussex?
One of my favourite clients in Sussex are wanting to add a talented Architect to their team. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of residential and mixed-use projects varying in size and complexity. This is a permanent role starting asap.
I have worked with this firm for 9 years and placed 7 people into various roles including a Senior Technician and a Senior Architect. Situated 15 minutes walk from the situation in new bright, funky offices. They are without doubt one of the leading practices in Sussex and have won multiple awards for their work. For over 20 years they have built a solid and trusted and strong reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable designs.This AJ100 practice focus on projects across various sectors from residential to commercial to education and masterplanning on project values up to £50 million. With schemes being awarded across the UK and Europe they are leading the way within architecture and showcasing their versatility and expertise within the industry. The feedback from previous placements have been very positive with 3 of my candidates having recently been promoted to Senior and Associate levels proving they are focused on developing in house talent and rewarding hard work. About you
Essential Qualifications & Experience
ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 1-3 years UK experience
Experience working on small to medium scale residential projects from conception to planning
An understanding of residential layout design regarding housing-led schemes.
Excellent communication skills with staff, clients and stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of planning and Building Regulation requirements.
