Job description

​Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in the architecture and design industry? The ideal candidate must have at least 15 years of experience managing large public projects and design teams, with a particular emphasis on healthcare projects. If you have a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects then we would love to hear from you!

In this role, you will be tasked with managing the town planning process, defining project objectives, creating comprehensive project plans, and assembling teams with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. You will also be responsible for developing and managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and preparing fee estimates to ensure cost control. Additionally, you will play a key role in allocating resources, establishing and maintaining quality standards, and identifying potential risks to develop mitigation strategies. If you have a strong background in project scheduling and risk management, and are adept at implementing quality assurance and control procedures, this could be the perfect next step for you!!

You must have:

• At least 15 years of experience managing large public projects and design teams

(Healthcare experience is a requirement)

• Must have managed a large-scale project with multiple layers of stakeholder management.
