Job description

White Space is working exclusively with a small trendy boutique studio based in the Oval area of south London that is urgently seeking a talented and design oriented Part II Assistant to join its growing team to work on a number of truly unique UK based housing developments.

This south London based studio has had a great 2022/23 so far (even with recent events!) securing a number of extremely unique housing projects ranging from 140 units to 500 units in size and is also waiting on a number of other housing schemes to come to fruition. The studio is currently 4 strong and looking to add another super-talented Part II Assistant ASAP due to workload with strong Revit literacy and awesome feasibility/concept skills. The studio has now moved over to Revit 100% so you must possess solid Revit experience! The practice is super friendly, and the Director is known to offer guidance and training as he has worked with some top Architects during his architectural career. You will be working closely with him so this a fabulous opportunity to learn from one of the best!

The project at hand is still currently at the initial stages so you will be entering the project form the very beginning so you will have to possess strong design skills and ideally good technical design experience to be considered for this role. The projects this firm specialise in are generally all UK based medium to large scale residential/mixed use schemes. This particular project is confidential but is totally unique that is not something that happens very often. This is great for someone with experience working on large scale housing projects in the UK ideally focusing on the early stages, Revit literacy is absolutely vital. This is a full-time permanent position and looking for someone who can ideally start immediately or within a months’ notice. You will be set up to work both remotely and from the office.

They offer a hybrid working policy with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH split.

Do not miss out on this opportunity to be a part of a growing practice, apply now by sending your CV and portfolio no larger than 10mb demonstrating the above skills now!
